As your entry to the property, the lower ground floor garage is a super space for securely storing your bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards, ready for island adventures that maximise your beachfront fun. Available for guest use during your stay is a charcoal BBQ and paddleboards. Please remember to prioritise safety and use them at your own risk. If you catch the tide right, Bembridge beach has great sailing conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts.
Climb the stairs to the ground floor hallway, where a convenient cloakroom awaits the dusting of sandy feet. Continue through to the thoughtfully designed kitchen/dining room that’s flooded with light, creating a welcoming and comfortable space for preparing meals with an integrated hob / oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Spend evenings in the communal courtyard, just off the kitchen, and bask in the remainder of the day’s sun, or dine alfresco with outdoor furniture seating 6.

The flat was the perfect size for all of us and in a fabulous location right off the beach and close to the town. Justine was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. There was lots of information on how to use the flat and what to see more
