This wonderful Bembridge beachside holiday home is located in the coastal development of Solent Landing, yards from Bembridge harbour and sailing clubs, and a short walk into the village.16 Solent Landing is a four-floor turret-style holiday home, offering plenty of space for the family, with a useful utility and cloakroom area on the lower ground floor. Seven steps takes’ you up into the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, with smart TV, and front door. Up on the first floor is the wonderfully large, light sitting room, with outstanding coastal views, and enough seating for everybody to relax and enjoy themselves. On the half landing or second floor is the first twin bedroom, up another seven steps to the third floor, is the family bathroom and the glorious master bedroom with an emperor king bed and en-suite shower. The fourth floor offers another 3ft twin bedroom with sink and Velux Cabrio balcony. The twins can be pushed together if required. Discounted Passenger and Car Ferry Tickets.

You will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG. You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (+ admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver, with both covering you for any accidental damage caused during your stay.

Third-floor Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Large first-floor sitting room with seating and large Smart TV and a telescope. Ground floor spacious open plan kitchen, dining for 8 and sofa for 4 and Smart Freeview TV. Lower ground floor Utility room, WC and back door into the garage area and parking.

A great place for a family holiday by the sea

As a 3 generation family we enjoyed the privacy afforded by the layout of the house - everyone could find a quiet space at the end of the day. We loved being able to walk to the beach with no roads to cross and the sea views from the upstairs windowssee more

We loved being able to walk to the beach with no roads to cross and the sea views from the upstairs windows. The house is obviously a very loved home offering a level of comfort not usually found in rental properties. High quality crockery and bed linen were enjoyed. We all enjoyed our stay so much that all 3 children have asked if we can book again for next year.

Private parking is a bonus and the small sitting area outside but with a 4 year old a gate would have been appreciated.
