Mulberry Cottage is a superbly converted Georgian stable block in one of the most enviable positions in Cowes, offering stunning views across Cowes Old Town and the Solent. Spread over four floors, this stylish holiday home comfortably accommodates up to six guests—perfect for families or small groups seeking a peaceful coastal escape.
Enter on the ground floor to a welcoming space for coats and shoes, alongside the family bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower. To the left, a modern kitchen with a dining area for four (plus two extra chairs) opens onto the open-plan sitting and dining area on the lower ground floor. Four steps down lead to double patio doors opening onto the private patio garden, where you can enjoy alfresco dining or simply relax while taking in the sweeping Solent views.
Upstairs, the twin bedroom can be configured as a super-king on request, while a separate WC with basin provides added convenience. The upper floors house the master 4ft double bedroom with panoramic views and a charming children’s bunk room. A sofa bed is available on request in the sitting room, accommodating a fifth adult guest if needed. Family-friendly touches include stairgates on both floors, a highchair, and a travel cot.

Lovely place to stay, everything was just there, felt like being at home!! In fact would anyone like to swoop?!! I’d definitely say again..was wonderful enough in Winter but must be spectacular in Summer!!

We had a lovely stay as a family of four, using it as a base to explore IOW. The Cottage has everything you could possibly wish for and was very comfortable. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time at Mulberry Cottage! We stayed for 10 nights and were travelling as a family of 4. The cottage is beautiful and exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The shower was amazing and beds were cosee more
We had a fabulous time at Mulberry Cottage! We stayed for 10 nights and were travelling as a family of 4. The cottage is beautiful and exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The shower was amazing and beds were comfy. The milk, biscuits and coffee pods on arrival were a lovely touch and much appreciated. The location is brilliant - only a very short stroll onto the high street and to the esplanade. Having a car parking space was a big plus and also having access to such a beautiful garden was lovely. The views from the bedrooms over to the sea are lovely and we enjoyed watching the passing ferries and cruise ships. Directions to the cottage were spot on and check in was easy - even arriving very late at night! Communication with Justine was great - we received prompt responses to our queries and Justine was very helpful. We have stayed in other cottages on the Isle of Wight and in Cowes in particular, but this cottage was our favourite. We hope to return!
